“This property is beautiful.”
Sadly it is let down by several factors;
The level of cleanliness throughout the property is unacceptable. Spiders webs that are longstanding and not new, throughout the property, stains on lots of furniture, mattresses, rugs.
Areas that have not been vacuumed/cleaned for a long time, ie under the ground floor stair block, under sofa cushions and around the edges of the rug.
No adequate cleaning utensils to clean the mess ourselves (the vacuum in place didn’t work properly, and kept running ...

Areas that have not been vacuumed/cleaned for a long time, ie under the ground floor stair block, under sofa cushions and around the edges of the rug.
No adequate cleaning utensils to clean the mess ourselves (the vacuum in place didn’t work properly, and kept running out of charge within minutes) and no mop.
Building works at both front and rear of the property, don’t expect a peaceful couple of hours looking at the views, because they are no longer the views advertised and the noise from the works is ridiculous. Even all day Sunday!
The BBQ is not as advertised in the photographs, it is a small drum coal one that is not sufficient for 10 people.
This house is for sale and sadly I feel it is not being maintained as it should be.
The advertising photographs need to be updated.
The drive leading to the house is very uneven, lots of massive pot holes. Be aware if you have a low car.
Other maintenance issues, a piece of card sellotaped to the ceiling in the foyer to the rear bedrooms on the ground floor, turns out when we investigated ourselves was to stop the sensor light coming on, we have removed it for lighting purposes and there are also holes in the ceiling underneath the card.
The house is beautiful but really needs an uplift throughout. Location is ideal as long as your mobile, the walk to the beach via the cut through is a few minutes away.
