“Wonderful holiday house that was fully furnished with all of the things you need for a getaway with the family.”
The house was decorated by the hosts amazingly and it was a perfect stay for us as a family of 6 and a dog. We enjoyed their arrival gifts and note, the beds and bathrooms were clean and suited our home from home requests. The garden was perfect for the dog to explore and be safe. The pool table was a great hit with the family. The bonus was the EV car charger to use, thank you.
A few tips:
Due to the lack of shops in Polzeath I would recommend you bring your food and supplies with you or arrange a delivery with a supermarket from Wadebridge.
The Oystercatcher was a 5min walk & a brilliant pub that was friendly and provided us with a lovely couple of meals.
Check the thermostat when you arrive is on a program that suits your stay as it took a few cold showers to realise we needed to amend and change it to suit our stay.
A welcome booklet with some useful information from the area and host on how to use the house, fire, kindling, oven and air fryer, what you wanted us to do with the sheets, towels etc (we left them on the beds but towels in the bathroom? Hope that was ok?) etc would be a welcome addition to make things run a bit more smoothly upon arrival but it was an excellent stay thank you

With driveway parking for two cars and an EV Charger, the private no-through road is a stone’s throw from cafes, shops and surf schools of Polzeath and quick and easy access to The Southwest Coast path.
Seamay is also within walking distance of the popular Oyster Catcher pub where you can enjoy classic pub food and a cold local beer.

POLZEATH
Wadebridge 7.5 miles; Padstow 16 miles.
The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village. Just over seven miles away is the popular market town of Wadebridge, which is set alongside the River Camel and offers an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. There’s wonderful countryside in the area, with the renowned Camel Trail passing through the town, and the nearby town of Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed medieval houses and celebrated restaurants is well worth exploring. Within driving distance is the UK surfing capital of Newquay, with over 11 miles of golden sandy beaches. Polzeath is an excellent base for exploring this part of Cornwall.
