Enter Breakers View, where you will find four bedrooms offering a range of sleeping arrangements on the ground floor, with quality blinds in each room for the days you need to rest a little longer; you will find a zip/link super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a king-size bedroom with Jack-and-Jill access to the main bathroom and a twin, ideal for the children. From here, the Jack-and-Jill bathroom provides a luxurious freestanding bath to soak in after a day of exploring, and there is also a handy cloakroom on the first floor.

On the first-floor, let the incredible sea views take your breath away. Unwind in the open-plan living space, complete with an amply-equipped kitchen with two wine coolers and plenty of cooking facilities. A breakfast bar and dining area provides plenty of space to accommodate guests, the sitting area has an L-shaped sofa and additional seating, whilst the log burner provides warmth during the chillier evenings. The patio doors lead on to the large balcony, which makes it a truly enchanting place to escape and relax.

Savour your morning coffee with a sea view from the balcony, or make your way to the rear, enclosed garden to unwind after a barbecue dinner.

Take a trip sea-side and explore minutes away from the property, the iconic Polzeath beach, renowned for its golden sand and spectacular surf. The village of Polzeath offers a local convenience store, shops for all your surf gear an art gallery alongside numerous eateries. From Beach Box for your mid morning coffee or smoothie, to The Cracking Crab for your seafood indulgence. Surfside, provides those real beach vibes, whilst sipping a cocktail watching the sun go down, all of which are on your doorstep to ensure the perfect vacation.

For a taste of the culinary delights Cornwall has to offer, take a beautiful walk along the coastal path round to Rock and catch the ferry that runs daily through the summer months to visit Padstow, home to the likes of Rick Stein's award-winning seafood restaurant, as well as a selection of other pubs eateries,with a picturesque harbour, offering boat trips and watersports.

Get back to nature and reconnect with the stunning landscapes of the South West Coast Path, the longest National Trail in England, or take a drive through the beautiful Bodmin Moor National Park.
