“I booked this property for a family Christmas - 5 adults and 4 children.”

We all loved it and had a really enjoyable stay. There was the perfect amount of space for us all - my teenager enjoyed having his own single bedroom, while the three younger girls loved having a room together on the top floor! The double bedrooms were all a good size, nicely decorated and comfortable. The dining table and benches were perfect for us all to sit and eat together, while the seating in the lounge area was cosy and comfortable. There was everything we needed to cook a roast ...

There was everything we needed to cook a roast dinner! The outdoor games room was an added bonus, especially appreciated by my teenager - and made a great addition to the property. Everything we needed was there - the property was lovely and clean, with a nice ‘homely’ touch, with games, DVDs and books to borrow during our stay. The location was perfect - we walked to nearby attractions, with some great options for food and drink, and even caught the ferry across the water to Padstow, for a day-trip! All in all a really lovely family holiday, Thank you Samantha and family. **My only criticism is not about the property, but about the issues I had after booking - I had a few simple questions, but could not get hold of anyone to answer them… I tried your website, I tried the phone number in my email booking, but all kept bringing me back to a frustrating AI style response, which repeatedly asked me for my booking details, personal details etc and still failed to answer my question! A direct number to a real person would have been a quick and easy solution. (This was why I gave a 6 out of 10 regarding recommending your service to others. The booking itself was straightforward and the information sent by e-mail was very helpful. I also received two phone calls once we were at the property, with an emergency contact number, which was great… if there were a way to speak with a real person during the booking, if needed - this would vastly improve the overall experience).
