Beds comfortable Location to walk is good Garden sides with the main road therefore noisy.

Too many Cob webs Light shade in double bedroom needs replacing Ensuite smelt drainy had keep door closed and not use Hot Water extremley hot Frying pan had to buy one as the one provided was not fit for using Knife and forks useless Washing machine not very accessible Sofas grubby and not plumped bench broken Overpriced considering the above and other comparisons

Our 2nd stay at this lovely cottage.

It is a perfect base for ourselves and our dog Maisy. Just one small thing. It is a lovely enclosed garden but unfortunately the mish mash of garden furniture and broken bench let it down. A lovely set of garden furniture would really improve the enjoyment of the garden.

It was not made clear in the description that the property is a Mike up a hill from the coast at Rock.

Also no mention that you need to bring your own hair dryer

This was our second stay at Trelawney Court.

The property is well appointed, comfortable and clean, it has all you need though given it was an extremely hot week, a fan would have been most welcomed! We enjoyed the garden and bbq but it lacked garden furniture. The bungalow is within easy walk of the Pityme, a lovely bar/ restaurant and a few local shops. Beaches, golf course, beautiful walks all within easy reach.

We loved our stay & had a wonderful few days, nicely decorated, beds were super comfy & the location was good for the nearby pub and walk down to Rock beach.

Couple of things would make it more fantastic, more secure & enclosed side gate, and if possible a hairdryer in one of the bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Julia, Kathryn & Dave the Dog

We have just returned from a week in this lovely property.

The situation is excellent for visiting the beautiful coast and it was really good to be walking distance from The Pityme Inn. Beds very comfortable and we had everything we needed. As we are of advancing years the seating in the lounge was a bit uncomfortable. We have booked again for next year.

The cottage was lovely and well equipped and the location was great, giving us the opportunity to explore Rock, Polzeath, Padstow and beyond. We would love to visit again.

Beautiful property just one down side the en-suite bathroom did smell a little damp but didn’t spoil our visit.

It would have been nice to be told the gas was being filled up outside as very noisy and we got back thinking we could have a cuppa in the garden. The gentleman did explain it would be for a couple of hours. Just took dog outside on lead.

. well equipped and comfortable. Garden was a bit over grown when we arrived but grass cut and cleaned up during stay ..

The property is in an excellent location within walking distance of a pub, a fishmonger, butcher, baker and a general store all with amazing produce as well as being a 20 minute walk into Rock.

The property itself was well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated.

On the whole the property served our purposes, although we felt it was looking slightly jaded and needed some TLC.

We had a fantastic holiday in Rock.

The accommodation was perfect. Lovely decor,Comfortable beds, enclosed garden for our grandson and dog and great location with a pub and taproom nearby and also within walking distance of bakery, fishmongers, butchers ,general stores and Cafe. It was lovely to leave our car and walk everywhere as we took advantage of the Ferry to Padstow and walks along the costal path

We had a lovely stay and I must mention that the linen quality was very good and much appreciated.

The only tiny downside were the sofas as we found them a little uncomfortable and to have a waste paper basket in bedroom would have been useful. Another good point was the excellent recycling facilities, probably the best we have encountered in all our many stays down here.

A comfortable bungalow with all that was necessary to help us have a relaxing stay.

The beds and bedding were lovely and the location was very quiet at night, the road outside got busier in the mornings. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and it was a bonus to have a pub in walking distance. An enjoyable stay and we would certainly use again if heading to the same area.

A delightful cottage well furnished very comfortable plenty of instructions for appliances etc bedding and towels included in the property is excellent the only think was when you come through the front door the foot well is dangerous it steps down and is trip hazard but it could be easily fixed it was only that everything else was amazing

Nice property and garden with lovely textiles and furnishings.

Holiday marred by difficult to use appliances i.e. oven and grill couldn't use all week. No fuel left for stove. En suite Shower tiles needs refurbishing also very damp smell. Lou seats come crushing down awful noise especially at night, perhaps install soft closing ones. Instructions were poor and left in obscure cupboard as was wi fi (never known a router to be in a cupboard before). Had to ring agents for help the next day, but had a night of no heating at all and it was chilly!

We enjoyed a lovely stay.

The bungalow was extremely clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen was of good quality. We were pleased that towels were provided. The location was good with a pub serving food within 5 minutes walk. The harbour in Rock with bars and restaurants was a 10 minute drive away. The only negative was the bungalow was on the main road into Rock which gets quite busy early morning so there is some traffic noise which was not a problem for us. The issue with the front door lock was quickly remedied by Sykes. I would definitely return as we enjoyed a lovely holiday.

Well maintained and decorated with all the equipment you need for a break including dishwasher and washing machine. The beds were really comfortable with high quality bedding and having two bathrooms was a real bonus. Within walking distance of shops, fabulous bakery and the Pityme Inn. We drove the short distance to Daymer to spend a couple of days on the beach and enjoyed a great walk along to Polzeath for lunch and back again. And a trip to Rock is never complete without taking the ferry across to Padstow for a mooch. A lovely stay, thank you.
