“The property is in a great location and has a private garden.”
We are unsure if the property was cleaned before our arrival, there was washing in the machine, the mattress protector, pillows and duvet were visibly not clean and there were lots of cobwebs around the property.
As previously mentioned in a review, the property is very damp. The soft furnishings and now all of our belongings smell of damp. The heating frustratingly was locked, we were unable to heat the property sufficiently. To have hot water, we had to regularly boost the water system.
The vacuum cleaner was not effective and the mop had no sponge on it, this made it difficult for us to clean.
We did contact Sykes, we were provided with a new mattress protector and the heating was increased for 24 hours.
