“The property was quite disappointing.”
It looked tired and very much in need of a makeover. We had several issues during our stay, the main one being the wifi not working because a bill had not been paid. That was resolved by John Bray with a temporary router after a couple of days. The place had not been cleaned too well before we arrived, with sand on the leather settees and dust everywhere. I had to flush the en suite toilet with a bucket several times which was not ideal. Numerous light bulbs were out in the living room, kitchen and en suite. Also the guttering needed repairing in several places. Whenever it rained at night the noise was quite intrusive.
We have had many great holidays in John Bray properties over the years, but this was not one of them.
