Lovely property well kitted out kitchen great showers beautiful garden with lovely views through the trees to the estuary.

Everything there for a lovely break. I loved the labels to help you use everything easily! Great property for 3 couples or 2 families I am sure children would love the big garden!

Pleasant accommodation, well equipped and, for us, ideally situated.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Two, perhaps, minor observations. For those of us no longer young and with failing eyesight, a grip handle and clear identification of steps would be appreciated outside the front door. I tripped on several occasions. Highly recommended. We intend to book again for next years holidays

Lovely stay at Rock Hill!

Would return again…..very comfortable indeed. Would just mention that we decided to make an amendment to the booking in that we asked our granddaughter & family to stay with us but couldn’t get through to talk to anybody on the phone! This happened when we initially booked through (John Bray) as well! In desperation, I did a live chat online & a lovely lady at the Sykes call centre, returned my message, otherwise, we wouldn’t have booked! Maybe an age thing, but sometimes a chat does help!

A perfect property set in an ideal position for shops, beach and sea views.

You can now enjoy, as promised, the fully painted and updated three en-suite rain showers for 2025. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to stay at Rock Hill as you will want for nothing.

Excellent property great location and very comfortable.

The rear and side bathrooms could do with a bit of TLC as the showers are not very clean around the base tracks / tiles and the ceilings have patches of mould which detracts from the general condition of the property.

A fabulous property in a great location.

We absolutely loved the sitting room with the view of the garden and beyond. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Hope to come back soon.

The air hockey table was a great addition for this year, the kids loved it!

We have stayed at Rockhill a number of times and we always enjoy the excellent standard of accomodation, very good range of facilities including the invaluable drying room and wonderful views.

We will be booking again next year.

Lovely property that we keep coming back to, and have booked again for next year

We stayed at Rock Hill for the 1st time in 2022 and we were very eager to visit again.

This stay was as great as the 1st one. We invited family members this year & they also appreciated the great space, the wonderful views & the excellent facilities. The agency was very responsive re a query.

The house was great for our needs.

We contacted John Bray about a shower that had been glued together and kept falling apart. They ensured someone would come out on Day 3 of our stay. No one ever came out. I have heard this about John Bray before - frustrating that John Bray didn’t follow through with what they said they would do.

Rock Hill is an excellent holiday home, with great views and a lovely garden, inside the room sizes are large, clean and tidy.

We first stayed 8 year's ago and could see inprovements had been made. Hope to be back again

Rock Hill is a lovely place to stay.

It is extremely comfortable and clean, with everything you need for a good holiday. The views (looking out across the garden through the trees to the estuary and Padstow) from the lounge and two front bedrooms are beautiful. The big garden is a lovely place to sit out in, with plenty of garden furniture. It is easy to walk to the golf course and beyond from the house, and a short walk to the local shops and pub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back one day soon.

Rock Hill is a pleasant and well equipped holiday cottage.

The owners clearly care about it and want you to enjoy the property and you holiday Appreciated that linen is now included. We have a disabled daughter so it is particularly attractive to us.

We have visited Rock for many years but this was our first experience of John Bray Cornish Holidays. We very much enjoyed our 2 week stay at Rock Hill and would like to book the same 2 weeks for 2019. Also, we would like a week in May if there is availability. Finally, we would like to say a big thank you to all the John Bray staff who looked after us so well. Always kind and helpful. Thank you. We hope to see you next year.
