Sunrise Cottage is a charming cottage situated in the heart of St. Kew Highway, Cornwall.

Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delightful meals for your group.

Adjacent to this, you will find the inviting sitting room, complete with a warming woodburning stove, perfect for those chillier evenings.

When it's time to retire for the evening, head upstairs to the two well-presented bedrooms.

The first is a super-king-size and the second bedroom is a twin, which can also be converted into a super-king-size on request.

Both rooms are tastefully decorated, providing a calm space to rest after a day of exploration.

The bathroom is a real highlight of this property, boasting a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower, as well as a heated towel rail for added comfort.

We had a perfect week staying at sunrise cottage.

The cottage itself was lovely and very Cornish which we love. The kichen and bathroom have been done to a very good standard. The master bedroom had such a comfy bed. Not a lot of storage but we were only using one bedroom so the other room was used for this. It is quite bare so just needs some dressing to be finished and then it would be spot on. There was a musty old cottage smell when you first walked in but given its an old cottage that's to be expected. A few plugin air fresheners would resolve that. A few cobwebs and harvest spiders that a feather duster could have cleared on turnaround ahead of our arrival. The garden is smaller than it looks and is a bit overlooked by the other cottages connecting to this one and outside cushions would be nice. The lack of parking would possibly put us off from returning, but to be clear, we were very happy with the cottage on the whole so never say never if the price was reasonable again!

Lovely cottage.

Clean and tidy throughout. A real traditional cornish cottage. We didn't have any issues with dogs barking as previously stated in an earlier review. Location was quiet. From the cottage their are two choices of pubs. There is one down the road or a favourite pub was The St Kew Inn which was a 20 minute walk or a few minutes drive. Ideal for exploring North Cornwall. We would definitely stay again.

I have been to Wadebridge previously and was not disappointed on my return trip.

Although it was lovely to stay somewhere a little different this time. The cottage itself (inside) was lovely and the Bathroom amazing. However. Both Bedrooms could do with a mirror and it did feel a bit blank. Only one small picture on the wall. The beds were super comfortable. The twin room had very little storage, so don’t take too many clothes! The outside front part of the property was a bit of a negative as was overgrown with weeds and looked untidy and unkept. The back garden (very small) needs attention and maintenance. The parking was a problem as, need to park on the side of the road. Neighbours asked me to move car as they like to park there. It’s a farming road, so beware of passing tractors and traffic (cars go down the hill fast). The neighbour had 9 dogs and were constantly barking. Often looking over the fence and barking. The outside furniture needs a clean and had a lot of mildew on. Needs a general clean up. The cottage itself had all amenities but just a few improvements would help. Iwe all had a lovely time. But due to the dogs, garden and parking concerns, we unfortunately, would not be able to return. We did not bring my dog in the end, had I done, it would have caused us problems.
