Walk on towards the beach at Polzeath where you can have a go at surfing the waves. For calmer waters and refreshing sea swimming head to Daymer Bay just a short drive away. For sailing enthusiasts a drive down to the nautical heart of Rock is a must. Water-skiing, wake boarding and numerous other water-based activities can be found there at the Sailing school, Sailing club and ski school.
