    “We stayed in the chalet for three nights as a family.”

    Overall, it was a comfortable stay, though a few practical issues affected our first impression. Finding the property was more difficult than expected because the directions were not very clear, and it took us around 10–15 minutes to locate it. When we arrived, the windows were open and the chalet was very cold. There was only one small portable heater, which was not sufficient to warm the whole space, so the first night felt quite cold. When we arrived, the windows were open and the chalet was very cold. There was only one small portable heater, which was not sufficient to warm the whole space, so the first night felt quite cold. In addition, the sofa in the living area is rather old and noticeably worn. On the positive side, communication with the owner was good. When I contacted them, they responded quickly and helped us arrange an additional heater from reception, which improved things. The shower water was warm, and the bedding/linen and kitchen equipment were clean and well prepared. With clearer arrival instructions and better heating on check-in, the experience would be much improved.
