All the rooms are en-suite, plus an extra toilet and shower on the ground floor. Every room is furnished and finished to an exceptional standard.
The kitchen is incredibly well equipped- oven, microwave, hob, washing machine and drier, plus cupboards full of trays, pans, utensils. Basic ingredients like salt, pepper, sugar, flour were also there which is rare in holiday cottages, and the owners were so generous to leave us some gorgeous Apple dessert wine!

The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The showers were excellent.
Heating throughout the property was incredible, so we were never even a little bit uncomfortable.
There is outside space including a barbeque- another treat not many holiday cottages have.
Location was good- the pub next door is brilliant, Tesco just over the road, and lots of prime cornwall locations are easy to get to from here.
We also met the housekeeper who could not have been more friendly and lovely, and gave us a recommendation of a pub with great food and beer garden (St Kew Inn) which we would not otherwise have discovered, and turned out to be the best meal of our trip!
There is not enough praise for our stay here.
