“The windows and front door were absolutely filthy, very disappointing first impression, smelt stale when walked in as if it hadn’t been used in months, no logs for fire, first night very cold, night storage heaters very dated, mystery liquid running down wall onto kitchen floor.”
One of the lights not working in kitchen, tried to change bulb but still didn’t work. No basic provisions as in tea/coffee/sugar, freezer was iced up, chipped bread bin, the cupboard with the saucepans in was a disgrace, just chucked in, a real mismatch. The base of the shower was flexing up and down when you stood in it, felt like you were going to fall through. Not enough toilet rolls. Needs updating to bring it upto acceptable standards for the money we were charged.
