Newly built in 2019, this modern holiday home welcomes you with bright, open plan living spaces with floor to ceiling bifold doors in both the kitchen diner and living area flooding the rooms with natural light. With a calm palette of white and grey tones in the kitchen diner area, this is a great space to spend quality time together enjoying a home cooked meal using local, fresh ingredients purchased from the nearby Trevathan Farm Shop. Put your feet up and relax on the rear patio area enjoying the sounds and views of the countryside together, with a local tipple. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a double oven, grill and electric hob to help you prepare that memorable holiday meal in style. There is a separate utility area and an outside hose to rinse your beach gear and prepare for the next day on the coast. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating to snuggle up with a favourite film or book in front of the fire after a long day tackling the South West Coast Path. Suitable for all seasons, Elmwood not only has an abundance of windows to keep the interior fresh, you can also enjoy underfloor heating throughout, especially in those colder winter months. From your doorstep, take a stroll up the hill to the Longcross Hotel where you can enjoy some delicious local delicacies whilst admiring the far-reaching country and coastal views.
