The property

The Holiday House is perfectly located at New Polzeath, a stone's throw from Polzeath beach and Pentireglaze Haven. Well appointed and stylishly furnished throughout, there is an enclosed, lawned garden and a garage providing parking for one vehicle. Sleeping 6 people in 4 bedrooms, this is an ideal beach holiday home for family and friends; pets are welcome too. A light, welcoming hallway leads into the smart yet practical kitchen/diner. A twin bedroom and light, bright family bathroom is on the ground floor; of the 3 bedrooms upstairs, one has a super king sized bed and the other two are twin bedrooms. The maritime-chic lounge is a lovely room to chill out in after a busy day on the beach; sink into a chair and watch a favourite film.New Polzeath is a stunning place for a seaside holiday; walk down the steps to the beach for an exhilarating surf or boogie-board or stroll along the path to Polzeath village for food supplies, cafes and restaurants. The coastal path is just across the road; follow it to explore the rugged cliffs of Pentire Point and The Rumps - iconic landscapes of North Cornwall and important wildlife havens. Lundy Bay and Epphaven, are smaller, quieter coves nearby, well worth a visit with their beautiful backdrops of coast and sea. Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
