    “Fluff on bathroom extraction vents making them clogged.”

    Master bathroom door handles dangerously loose. (Reported it was repaired but it will not last) Leaking shower doors. Larger Panasonic Tv has no ariel installed so it’s totally useless (Reported but not repaired or addressed). Roof tile missing above master bedroom dripping in the area above the bedroom ceiling when it rains.(reported but again not addressed) Multiple Patio doors are openable some days and some days they get stuck? The interior kitchen to the outside door if closed ...

The interior kitchen to the outside door if closed impairs the outside door if fully open from being closed.( This can and did make a scary situation a holiday member was unable to secure the property so had to call another holiday member for help) Flies nesting over the inside high vaulted room windows. Hedge needs trimming by 2 feet at the one end in the winter and levelling off to the lower end to enable a beautiful sea view for the next season. 1 Garden patio chair is dangerously loose maybe waiting to be broken so can it be charged.(Gave up reporting rather have a holiday than be on What’s App messaging a robot.) Outside patio table and chairs filthy and covered with cob webs.( lack of cleaning, maybe leave a hard brush off for this or do a once a week brush off) WiFi code in the book and email is incorrect. Bins at the top are not clearly marked who are they for. Ironing board cover is a waste of time. Downstairs loo has no openable top window vents. A BBQ would be nice but we understand, maybe state this in the listing.(no available or BBQ allowed)

PORT ISAAC

Polzeath 6.5 miles; Padstow 16 miles

Port Isaac; one of the true Cornish treasures. A beautiful fishing village nestling in a steep sided valley, the old village in the valley remains unchanged from its days of fishing, slate export and smuggling in the previous century. An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. There is ample parking at the top of the village and the village is a popular tourist destination with plenty of attractions including the dramatic Doyden Castle, the beautiful Lundy Bay and the famous Doc Martin's clinic. There are also plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops in the village. Just a short drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike.
