NEW FOR 2021 - SLIPWAY 15 is having a makeover! The kitchen, lounge, bedrooms and communal areas will all be updated and refreshed, giving Slipway 15 a whole new appearance. While the bathroom will be retained, almost everything else will be renewed, making it an exciting new year to holiday here! 

Slipway 15 is a mid-terraced holiday cottage enjoying panoramic estuary views from its balcony and an open plan sitting room thoughtfully situated on the first floor. A warm, sheltered, slate paved courtyard patio above the garage provides a good space for leaving sandy shoes or wetsuits, clothes and towels, while you can leave bigger beachside paraphernalia; surfboards, golf clubs, buggies etc inside the garage. An ideal property for a family or group of friends as there are 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. A fantastic self-catering location for the beach and waterfront of Rock and a few minutes walk away from the St Enodoc Golf Course.

The traditional kitchen flows into the lounge/diner where big glass sliding doors open out onto the balcony; enjoy a sundowner here so you can appreciate the view over towards the Padstow side of the estuary and the iron bridge spanning the creek from Little Petherick. On this first floor, there is a twin bedroom, another twin bedroom and a superking double are set on the ground floor along with a utility room, shower room and a separate bathroom. If it's ever too blustery for the balcony, there's a comfortable vantage spot inside the lounge from the pretty window seat.

The Mariners Pub is a stones throw from the cottage, so brilliantly convenient for a last minute supper solution if the Cornish air on the golf course or the beach has worn everyone out. St Enodoc Golf Course has one of the finest links golf courses in the South West with the most stunning sea and estuary views of any course in the world and its just a few minutes walk from Slipway 15. Ramblers will get enormous pleasure too from the golf course, as there are many footpaths around and alongside the fairways, heading towards Daymer Bay.
