A choice of great cafes and restaurants overlook the beach and give lovely opportunities for a midday refuel or an evening sundowner. What guests are saying
We loved the location of the property.
It was ideal being so close to the beach and shops/bars etc. The furnishings in the house were basic but comfortable. The bathroom was good, clean and spacious. Unfortunately there was no cutlery at all in the kitchen, very odd! Upon arrival it seemed some rooms in house had not been cleaned. There was sand on the floors and one bedroom had underwear left on the bed in the duvet. Not a great start to our stay.
We enjoyed a rainy week at Burwyn.
Nice bungalow, good sky/tree views. Service from John Bray/Sykes was excellent, we left a bag behind and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Shower weak/steep steps/brambles overhanging steps so got caught on them , but overall a good cottage, close to village and sea.
"Our fourth stay at the Burwyn, and it was everthing we remembered from the previous years.
We loved our stay and would like to book for 2026
