What guests are saying
The crows nest was fabulous place, bright airy comfortable lot's of room , the view was stunning waking up to hearing the sea , it was quiet at night which was very good , we would definitely go back .
Accommodation beautiful.
Only comment is the terrace was dirty and should have been cleaned but I suspect the cleaners didn't have enough time. House was spotless. Some balcony furniture broken but owner apologised and said new furniture coming soon, nevertheless there were still enough outdoor chairs. Dishwasher broke towards end of holiday and could not be immediately mended. Emergency/contact system with agency out of hours needs improving.
Several issues 1.
The bbq was filthy with mould clearly had not been cleaned for weeks and was unfit to use. 2. The dishwasher did not work, this had been reported months ago. On our 5th day at the property it was replaced during our holiday despite the property being empty the previous week. 3. The ice maker was rusty and clogged up resulting in ice and water spewing on to the floor 4. The balconies were very dirty and clearly had not been cleaned for weeks. 5. The balcony furniture was very badly rusted and rotting, four chairs were so bad they were unsafe to sit on. I reported all these issues to John Bray whilst at the property and again afterwards. I have requested a call back or some sort of response but still have not received any communication. Extremely disappointing
