Slipway 7 is a popular, south-facing end of terrace holiday cottage enjoying a convenient location just yards from Rock beach, the Rock Sailing and Waterski Club and The Mariners pub (now run by Paul Ainsworth). Lovely views of the Camel estuary and Padstow can be appreciated whilst sitting outside on the large sunny balcony. Sleeping up to 7 people in 4 bedrooms, Slipway 7 is a cosy self catering holiday bolthole, perfect for families who will love the proximity to the waterfront and all the varied activities on offer. The apartment comes with private parking.

The living area on the first floor is open plan, with a newly refurbished kitchen; the high ceiling and wide windows makes the room feel light and bright; add to this sense of space by opening the French windows onto the balcony on a warm day. On the ground floor a bedroom with a kingsize bed and a bunk room share a small shower room next to a useful utility area; good for storing sandy boots or damp wetsuits. On the second floor a single room and a twin room share a bathroom with overhead shower.

Staying at one of the Slipway cottages enables a really relaxing holiday, being so close to the waterfront with its shops, convenient, high quality places to eat and drink and of course the Camel Ski and Sailing School. Stride out from your front door to explore the sand dunes in between the estuary and the fairways of St Enodoc Golf course; a lovely place to go for a walk with beautiful views across the estuary to Stepper Point and out to sea beyond. Don't forget to book a table in one of Padstow's excellent eateries; catch the evening water taxi across the estuary; surely one of the most romantic modes of transport with reflected lights dancing on the water.
