Sliding bi-fold doors open out onto beautifully designed landscaped grounds and terraces with the advantage of a hot tub (available at an additional weekly charge) and a level lawn at the rear of the property. This smart holiday house sleeps 8-9 guests in 4 bedrooms.
Spread out in the huge open plan kitchen/dining area and throw open the wide bi-fold doors to bring the outside in. Cook up a seafood feast in the modern kitchen; well laid-out with plenty of work surfaces, this is an welcoming place to create something simple and delicious. If there is any time left after a busy day on the beach, enjoy a game of table tennis in the garage. Generous Super King size beds are in two of the en suite bedrooms; another is twin-bedded and the fourth bedroom, perfect for children, has bunk beds plus a single bed.
From Cherrytrees stroll downhill to find Rock and Porthilly beaches. The sailing club, sailing and ski school are here on the waterfront; book lessons or rent equipment to improve your skills and have some fun. St Enodoc Golf Club is just a short walk - wander over the golf course and sand dunes to climb Brea Hill for superb views of the Camel estuary, Atlantic Ocean and Pentire Point. Continue to reach Daymer Bay, a beautiful sandy beach for paddling, swimming and for exploring the rock pools and cliffs approaching Greenaway beach and Polzeath. A popular surfing beach, book a lesson to improve your paddling technique and pop up - a sure way to work up a good appetite for a pasty or a cream tea or even supper at Nathan Outlaw's Mariner's Pub in Rock or Rick Stein over the water in Padstow.
Hot Tub available at an additional charge and is to be used at the guests own risk. There is also an additional charge of £80 should the water need changing mid-week (not usually necessary - but can be required if guests enter with cream or fake tan on their skin; which can block the filters). Please note un-fenced garden at rear of property on two levels which may not be suitable for unsupervised young children.
PLEASE NOTE: The water for the hot tub is completely changed every changeover, so the hot tub will take at least 24 hours to get to full temperature. Water samples are collected for regulatory testing on the second Tuesday of every month between the hours of 10am and 2pm.
