“The lack of investment in this property is stark and really impacted our stay.”

The mattresses and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable and in dire need of replacement. A comfortable nights sleep should be a given. Instead going to bed was a dread and waking with stiff backs and necks was awful. The internet speed is very slow - less that 1mb download which is not enough to stream on the smart TV, make Teams calls, or for children to use their iPads. This is incredibly frustrating in this digital age and all the other houses on Cant Farm have fibre so there is no reason ...

This is incredibly frustrating in this digital age and all the other houses on Cant Farm have fibre so there is no reason why it can’t be installed. One of the kitchen fridges has a broken door that hangs slack and doesn’t close properly. Judging by other reviews, this is a recurring issue. Why not simply replace the fridge?? Sun loungers had no cushions so couldn’t really be used. When one child tried to, the lounger splintered due to rotten wood. The bath in the main bathroom leaked all over the floor due to no silicone around the edges. Yet another call out required from the maintenance team. So all in all, a really poor experience that impacted our holiday. The blatant lack of investment but persistently high price point is taking the Mickey.
