Having said that the response when we reported a broken toaster to local number which was then automatically transferred to Sykes was efficient.
The local team based in or near Rock know many ot the properties themselves and have invaluable local knowledge and it would be beneficial if any queries were put directly to them rather than routing via Sykes.
Thank you for your comments. We are afraid that since the takeover this way of communicating is how things will be going forward. However, we are constantly searching for and finding ways to improve the speed and efficiency of this to make it smoother for our guests.
