    The property was beautiful, as described and perfect for our family. From the large open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge to the balcony in the main upstairs bedroom with a sense of family throughout the property gave it a wonderful homely feeling. An additional fridge freezer and tumble dryer in the shed outside came in handy. The garden was perfect for our miniature dachshund, she loved it and it was great to watch the array of birds from the settees in lounge. The only shame was we ...

From the large open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge to the balcony in the main upstairs bedroom with a sense of family throughout the property gave it a wonderful homely feeling. An additional fridge freezer and tumble dryer in the shed outside came in handy. The garden was perfect for our miniature dachshund, she loved it and it was great to watch the array of birds from the settees in lounge. The only shame was we couldn't get the downstairs shower in the ensuite to work, but everything else including the location, parking and weather was perfect for our trip. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dining seating, breakfast bar and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove.

There is also a study with Smart TV.

The bedrooms consist of two king-size doubles, one with en-suite shower, a family room with 4 single beds and a twin room with en-suite shower, serviced by a family shower room.

To the outside is off-road parking for three cars and a lawned garden.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, travel cot and highchair are included in the price.

Two pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed.

Within 2 miles there is a shop and within 1 mile there is a pub, plus a beach in 2.3 miles.

Alpha is a lovely retreat for exploring the charm of Cornwall.

Perched along the scenic Cornish Coast is the delightful and quaint civil parish of St Minver. Offering its visitors a beautiful church which boasts superb views of the surrounding countryside, a welcoming pub where you can treat yourself to a delicious pub lunch and a well-deserved pint, a Post Office and a well-stocked convenience store for purchasing any essentials. St Minver is the perfect tourist base for exploring Cornwall, with easy access to the stunning beaches of Rock and the surfer's paradise of Polzaeath. Venture over to the coastal village of Rock, where you can take to the waters by waterski or sailing, or enjoy a boat tour as you spot the local marine life of dolphins which frequent the shores.
