We have a baby which is walking and crawling and the floors were dirty, on arrival we hoovered the floors and had to use floor wipes to clean areas, the wipes were almost black with dirt.
The bathroom had bits on the floor, dusty and cobwebs in the corners, shower drain had mildew and was black, again we cleaned this so it was safe to use for our little one. We did this as a previous re iew stated they were asked to stay away from the property for it to be cleaned only to find they came back and it hadn't been done. We found it easier to just do this ourselves on arrival.
This left us feeling very disappointed and it did not reflect the photographs in the advert, garden is shown to be very tidy and well kept. Also full dog poo bags left near the front door from previous guests. Unfortunately this has put us off staying again which is a shame as the property is a great size, beds are comfy, very well equipped and thoughtfully kitted out for a family. Location is fantastic as are the views.
