I think you should add to the description that the entrance to the rear garden is shared with a property that overlooks the garden. This might be important to people with young children and dogs as it means strangers come into your private space. You should also say in the description that the housekeeping team need 7 days notice to put the king sized bed up as twin.
I few suggestions for improvements as it's newly set up as a holiday home:
- provide a welcome book with info on the house and local area, and somewhere to leave notes about things that are not working (for example, that there is a wasps nest in the conifer tree in the rear garden, the lock on the downstairs toilet doesn't work and the kitchen tap is leaking).
- provide a washing line or clothes airer.
- put shower mixer taps on all the baths.
- add a couple more large pots in the kitchen, a large frying pan and serving spoons. What you have at the moment isn't really sufficient for the size of property.
- add shutters to the windows on the rear bedrooms, as these get very hot. In one of the bedrooms you can't open the window very far as it opens outwards onto the Juliet balcony, which makes it difficult to cool the room at night.
