Head to the Rock Oyster website to see the full line-up.

Can I get a day ticket to Rock Oyster?

If you can’t make it to the festival for the whole weekend, then why not consider getting a day ticket?

You can purchase separate tickets for all three days of the festival. This way if you’ve got other plans to enjoy on your holiday in north Cornwall, you can still fit in one of north Cornwall’s favourite annual events.

Grab them whilst they last on the Rock Oyster Festival Website.

Is Rock Oyster family friendly?

Man teaches a child archery in a field in north Cornwall.

Yes! Bring your whole tribe along. Rock Oyster has plenty to keep the whole family entertained.

Pop over to the Mini Big Top in our Jellyfish Field for circus skills, hula hooping and balance tricks, storytelling, seaweed pressing, arts ‘n crafts and play sessions to keep little hearts content.

The Flying Seagull Project is returning for 2023 and will continue to warm the cockles with their fun packed programme of theatre, plus the added bonus of their Arial shows this year too!

Survival experts, Under the Canopy return with their den building, fire lighting, and combat club classes.

Not to forget the outdoor activities on offer, with SUP and surf adventures, sea kayaking and coasteering just a short ride away!

What’s new for 2023? Well, this year crowns the King Ramp skate, our most exhilarating new addition for the board enthusiasts amongst us. If it’s imaginary worlds you’re more into then much-loved local arts collective Mossy Crow will be building a mythical world populated by mossy creatures, inspired by treasures found in the Cornish countryside and beyond…

Discover the many extras you can enjoy at Rock Oyster

We’ve highlighted some of the fantastic extras you can add to your north Cornwall festival experience.

Please bear in mind, these experiences are an additional cost to your Rock Oyster ticket.

Masterclasses

If cocktail making or brushing up on your knowledge on Cornish Edibles sounds delicious then head over to our Masterclass Tipi, back for 2023 by popular demand! The amazing masterclasses will see you returning home as a fully qualified professional chef! Okay, maybe not professional, but you’ll certainly learn a thing or two.

Learn how to bake bread with our favourite Frenchman Richard Bertinet, or learn how to light a fire with Genevieve Taylor. Or send the kids over to fun interactive workshop with Claire Thomson for a lesson in all things tomatoes. We’ve got something for everyone to enjoy and take home new skills. But hurry, spots are limited so make sure to book early.

Outdoor Activities

If outdoor adventures and seaside family fun floats your boat, then entertain the whole group with an off-site excursion. All the holiday favourites are on offer, including paddle boarding, surfing lessons, coasteering, sea kayaking or a gentle foraging walk around the incredible landscape. Pre booking is essential for these.

Wellbeing Activities

For those craving a bit of chill time following a night of dancing, this is the perfect space for you. If you’re simply wishing to relax, unwind and take things at a slightly slower pace… then there is a whole host of massage therapies, facials, yoga classes, ceremonies & circles, as well as mindfulness activities and wellbeing talks in new Spa Morvoren. Go find your zen! Pre-booking highly recommended for these.

New for 2023

New for 2023, ‘Headylands’ is a bucolic space dedicated to thinking, lounging and good food by day; and bacchanalian delights and musical mischief by night.

Tucked away in this charming cultural quarter lives The Deep Dive. A new venue for this Summer which is filled to the brim with exhilarating authors, tantalising talks, inspiring ideas, quick-witted quizzes, side-splitting comedy; and can all be washed down with a good dose of full-bodied cabaret.
