“The property was great for a family gathering.”

Bedding clean and bathrooms good, although the games room was disappointing ( very run down and broken bits) outside furniture was dirty and the living space was not very clean. Kitchen was dirty( oven, cutlery crockery) I know its dog friendly but the amount of dog hair around was not pleasant. We have stayed at many dog friendly cottages with sykes cottages and all were spotless!! We only stayed for a weekend, but for what we paid i was dissappointed. Ideal position, but is a fair walk to the beach (half an hour). The Pityme pub was excellent.
