Furnished and equipped to a high standard with a wooden deck to the front enjoying stunning sea views, this contemporary holiday house on the coast provides the perfect seaside sanctuary.

Look out towards the beach from either of the coastal chic bedrooms; one with a super king mattress and the other a double sized mattress.

A generous bedroom with four beds to the rear of the property is great fun for children or adults to share.

Check out the waves from the luxury of your outside deck with glass balcony, a gorgeous place to wake up with a coffee or to sip a cocktail at the end of the day.

Rinse off after a sandy surf in the handy downstairs shower.

Polzeath is a stunning coastal setting; a superb location for those who love the Cornish coast.

There is truly something for everyone here whether young or young-at-heart with surfing and swimming to sandcastle-building, rockpooling and exploring the cliff paths of the National Trust’s Rumps and Pentire Point.

Sailors can rig up at Rock and enjoy the challenges of sailing in the Camel Estuary.

About the location

POLZEATH

Wadebridge 7.5 miles; Padstow 16 miles.

The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village. Just over seven miles away is the popular market town of Wadebridge, which is set alongside the River Camel and offers an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. There’s wonderful countryside in the area, with the renowned Camel Trail passing through the town, and the nearby town of Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed medieval houses and celebrated restaurants is well worth exploring. Within driving distance is the UK surfing capital of Newquay, with over 11 miles of golden sandy beaches. Polzeath is an excellent base for exploring this part of Cornwall.

Please note:
- From 3rd November 2023 - bedroom 1's super king bed will be a fixed super king with a new mattress which cannot be split, the quad room now contains 3 x single beds and 1 x low truckle bed.
