“The cottage is Beautiful, clean and comfortable but the allocated parking space was blocked several times by other cars.”
This issue is due to too many car bays and insufficient space. On arriving late evening after a long journey and in the rain we found we couldn’t park in the allocated bay so we parked on the road side to unload the car and received a parking ticket. We had no phone reception to look for another car park. As a result in the following days we had to leave our car in car park further away and pay for it. I went into the John bray office in Port Isaac and spoke to them directly about this issue ...
I went into the John bray office in Port Isaac and spoke to them directly about this issue. They were not helpful at all and their response was that the car park is owned by a separate company and this is between the owner and the company and nothing to do with John Bray and there is nothing they can do.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by these issues. Your comments have been passed on to the team at John Bray Cornish Holidays and to the owner. Following this the owners have spoken to the Car Park owner and the marked bays are planned to be remarked which will eradicate this issue. We hope you still managed to enjoy your visit despite these issues and would love to welcome you back to North Cornwall in the future. - John Bray Cornish Holidays on behalf of the owner.
