Happy with property but your admin / follow up on emails could be improved.
Dear Mrs Kelly, I am so sorry that you experienced these problems whilst staying at our cottage and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. I have raised this with the booking agent and I am awaiting their comments. This is not the standard of comfort we expect to be offered in our cottage and we really hope that it didn’t spoil your holiday or detract from the beauty of Port Isaac.
