On the whole a good holiday home in a great location.
There are a few main points though that could be addressed to make it excellent. Firstly, the outside of the property looks a bit scrappy; unswept patio area, litter that had blown into the drain, a white bin bag with rotting vegetation in it outside the property and an overflowing bin that I had to call John Bray (or rather a telephone agent in South Eastern Europe) to have emptied. Not a good look for the amount of money spent ...

Inside, the cleaners sprayed so much air freshener that it was quite unpleasant to be inside until it had aired out. The property is generally in need of a bit of a deeper clean too. There were squashed flies on the bathroom window, the windows were mirky and unclean on the outside, and there were some dusty cobwebs around the place. The toilet cistern is also broken and has a dirty bowl behind it catching drips from the cistern, which overflows onto the floor unless emptied.
And finally one for John Bray - leaving two dishwasher tablets for people staying one week when they've paid so much for the stay is a bit ridiculous!
