Poor communication through Sykes, 45 mins to answer phone then diverted to Brays. Not good enough!
Misled on extras from Sykes. Added £200 for damage deposit but shown as an extra. We had to clarify in e mail. Leaves a bad taste as even now not sure of getting Damage deposit returned !

Regarding the poor communication received from us, we can only apologise profusely. Due to the takeover from Sykes Cottages it has made communication channels incredibly difficult to maintain. Once all systems have been finalised and put in place communication levels should improve. Finally your damage deposit should be refunded to you around 14 days after your visit ended if there were no damages to the property.
