Walk along the South West Coast Path to the sheltered waters of Daymer Bay; perfect for sand castle building, paddling or kite surfing, the kite-surfers are a brilliant watch.
Further along to the next bay is the sailing hotspot, Rock; a water sport haven from stand up paddle boarding, water-skiing to sailing.
Rock is where the local sailing competitions are held, many spectators pick up a local picnic and watch from the sand or, you can hop on the Padstow to Rock ferry and watch from the pier with some Rick Stein fish and chips!
