The coast path starts opposite your doorstep, either onto the beach at low tide or through the dunes on the coastal path, around to Daymer Bay or the Greenaway. With the Rock Inn being on the first floor, you can enjoy a meal and a evening beverage before you turn in for the night or for a quiet night in, you can order a meal to the top floor by booking in advance. There is a private small outside store by the parking spaces. Parking space marked Apartment 2 behind the building and in the adjacent car park. Please park as close as you can to the front to ensure there is enough room for the bin collection.

Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
