“This property is absolutely perfect, everything has been well thought out and the owners are generous in what they provide, you couldn’t wish for anything more.”

The location, views, peacefulness, layout, space and comfort was perfect. We would absolutely stay again, thank you so much. Only small note an earlier check in and a later check out time would have been ideal.

This fabulous home from home is ideal for a family or group wanting to experience the splendour of the Cornish Coast. Hill Cottage is bright, spacious and filled with light, with attractive, minimal décor and comfortable living spaces for all. In the adjacent utility, you'll find an extra fridge and freezer and a handy washing machine and tumble dryer. Hill Cottage has four bedrooms with great views of the countryside and lots of storage space for guests to make themselves at home; select from a king-size with an en-suite shower room, another king-size, a double, or a twin to sink into the covers after a day of fun. Run a nice bubble bath for a soothing soak, or rinse off the sand in the family bathroom's shower. Hill Cottage's large, multi-level garden, with elevated terrace and lawn leading down to a tranquil stream, is ideal for family picnics, games, and dining alfresco in the sunshine. There are good local facilities and a range of shops for essentials within a short walk, including the Pityme Inn, a good food pub with a children's play area.
