“Thanks so much for a fantastic holiday.”

The property was beautiful - spacious, light and very comfortable. Our two boys loved "our holiday house" and the pristine white fluffy towels are a lovely touch. We'd recommend taking some Nespresso pods for the great machine! The location is spot on for exploring North Cornwall, and overall we were very impressed. Communication from Sykes was great, we had no problems finding the house. The Fourways Inn offered great pub food just a few seconds walk away. We explored areas like Trevone Bay, Padstow (our favourite), Rock and Polzeath to name a few. We were so lucky with the weather but would recommend the Bodmin Steam railway for something to do with little ones if it's a bit wet. We will definitely keep Tor View in mind for when we return! Thank you for a great stay. Just a few points that would have made it even better: - there is a little courtyard-type patio garden which is quite narrow; unfortunately it was so overgrown with weeds that a lot of the path outside the main back door from the main living area was taken up with plants, and all of the pots had very dead plants in them. The maintenance of outside areas doesn't look like it reflects the same care that is clearly taken inside, but in the wetter colder months this may not be as relevant for guests. - a small milk in the fridge or equivalent would have been incredibly welcome after an 8 hour journey (especially with children!) - for a 7 night stay for 6 people it would have been great to have enough dishwasher tablets for the whole stay (a tiny point but does make a bit of difference!) Thanks again. We have made precious memories in your lovely house.
