Worthy house is an attractive, detached spacious holiday property located on the corner at the top of Daymer Lane and is ideally located for the beaches of Daymer, Greenaway and the rolling surf at Polzeath. There is off road parking and a lovely south-facing terrace to soak up the sun from. The garden has ample room for sunbathing or games and is bordered by pretty shrubs. An extended family or group of friends can holiday together in this spacious self catering holiday house as there is room for 10 guests in 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. One pet is welcome here but is restricted to the utility room only.


Worthy house is tastefully decorated and furnished with comfort in mind. The kitchen is modern yet has the classic touches of a Belfast sink and a traditional white Aga, wonderful for baking cakes or scones for Cornish cream teas. The master ensuite bedroom is on the first floor, together with 3 other bedrooms, 2 of which have twin beds another has a kingsize bed. The fourth bedroom can be found on the ground floor and has the adaptability of zip and link twin beds and an en-suite bathroom including a walk-in shower.

The location of Worthy house is brilliant for the beaches but also within walking distance of a lovely cafe and restaurant where families can eat outside in the sunshine or parents can spend a well-earned romantic evening meal less than a minute away. Other fine dining experiences are to be found a five-minute drive away at the St Enodoc Hotel where ex masterchef winner James Nathan now holds court serving wonderful local and seasonal delights.
