*October 2019 onwards - Building Works* Zapadiah is located next to a house that will be undertaking complete renovation and building extensions from October 2019 onwards. Due to delays, this work will continue in to 2021.
A surfers paradise! Zapadiah is ideally situated on the Tristram side of Polzeath with stunning views across the bay to Pentire point. The flexible accommodation can sleep 6 in three bedrooms, a family of keen surfers or additional friends will love to be the first to hit the waves every morning.
This detached bungalow is within easy walking distance of the beach and local amenities and has the added benefit of a pleasant lawned garden. You can store surfboards and wetsuits and any other beach toys in the garage if you feel the need to take a break from the sea and explore the other nearby villages and towns. The fresh, contemporary kitchen is clean and bright and like the lounge/dining room your eyes will be constantly drawn to the ever changing vistas of the rolling Atlantic ocean through the large windows.
Polzeath has an abundance of cafes, shops and restaurants and there is a well stocked Spar shop for your essentials. A short drive away could take you to the sailing hub of Rock and a charming ferry ride to the quaint foodie mecca of Padstow. In the other direction yet only a ten minute drive from Polzeath is the picturesque village of Port Isaac, otherwise known as the fictional Port Wenn village in the TV series Doc Martin.
