The Annexe at Gullsway sleeps up to 5 to 7 people, there are 2 bedrooms, the main double bedroom has fabulous sea views in both directions. The other bedroom is to the rear and has three beds and there is a single bed, underneath is a further pull out bed in the middle sitting room area if required. Gullsway at Highcliffe, Polzeath is a large detached holiday cottage in an elevated, clifftop position overlooking the Atlantic ocean, within easy walking distance of the shops and Polzeath beach via the coastal path. Accessed via an unmade road, the holiday cottage is subdivided to provide two self-contained apartments (Kittiwake and Sandpiper), convenient for single or multi-family occupation. September Tide, a detached bungalow is also available within the grounds.

Perfect for a picnic or a game of football, the garden is mainly laid to lawn with a gate to the cliff path and is for the use of all tenants as is the parking area to the rear. Duvets and bed linen are included for all properties. A communal laundry includes automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Night store heating is provided. Up to two pets are permitted in each apartment and tenants are asked to give consideration to occupants of adjoining holiday cottages.

Idyllic for a gathering of family members who love a seaside holiday, Polzeath offers so many different things to do, from golf and tennis, hiking the coastal path, to swimming and surfing on a life-guarded beach. Polzeath has a buzzing, upbeat holiday atmosphere with surf schools ready to teach any ability. Visit the marine conservation centre for guided rock-pool rambles and wildlife talks. Listen to the local silver band that plays at the top of the beach on a Tuesday evening during the summer months. Head around to the sheltered beach at Daymer with children, who adore paddling in the clear waters. Further around the coast lies Rock with sailing, waterskiing and wake boarding on offer. From here you can also catch the ferry across to Padstow Harbour across the Camel estuary - a beautiful way to travel!
