This beautiful holiday home has undergone a complete renovation with family living in mind from a high specification kitchen diner, a spacious utility area, TV rooms, sumptuous bedrooms, modern bathrooms whilst retaining its original charm with slate flooring covering most of the ground floor levels and sash windows throughout creating that home from home feel. Access the garden and patio area via the patio doors from the open-plan kitchen diner where you can appreciate early evening al-fresco dining in the comfort discussing your plans for the days ahead. From the garden, there is direct access into the grounds of the St Enodoc Hotel where you can book in for a meal, spa treatment or simply enjoy an afternoon tea with a view. The master bedroom suite on the top floor offers a secluded retreat with gorgeous Estuary views to be enjoyed from the comfortable king bed. Adjacent is the luxurious ensuite bathroom with a freestanding tub to pamper yourself in after a long day by the sea. Two out of the three bedrooms are found on the first floor with a modern family bathroom and a separate shower room accessed at the back of the property to wash off the sand and sea after an exhilarating day on the water.

For those of a quieter nature, you can relax bird watching on the rocks or sand dunes or relish in the endless selection of restaurants from both sides of the Camel Estuary where you can sit, unwind and watch the world go by.
