Polzeath Webcam

Enjoy our 24 hour live streaming webcam of Polzeath, a sweeping sandy blue flag beach on the North Cornwall coast. Offering glorious views over Hayle Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, it is the ideal way to check out the surf conditions; the web cam looks out from Tristram head, giving panoramic sweeping views from Newland Island and Pentire Point to the top of Polzeath beach.

The buzzy village of Polzeath has a relaxed surf-vibe, with parking on the beach and independent shops to mooch about. The beach is patrolled by RNLI lifeguards from Easter to October and offers some of the best surf in the UK for surfers and paddle boarders. Novices can find plenty of surf schools to try, while young children will love paddling in the rock pools and building sandcastles. Groceries can be purchased at the local Spar shop and nearby Trebetherick Stores. Otherwise there are plenty of beachside cafes and restaurants offering a wide range of food and drink, most with balconies and terraces, to take advantage of the amazing sunsets.
