Rock Nursery Stores stock a wide range of local products, everyday essentials and fresh fruit and vegetables. Use their order form to place your order in advance and either collect on arrival in Rock, or use their free local delivery service.

For Daymer Bay and Polzeath you can pre-order groceries from Trebetherick Stores - Guests can order online for pick up or delivery and they offer freshly made frozen meals, groceries and an off-license. Their gourmet menu offers delicious meals perfect for dinner parties.

Fresh Frozen Meals

If you don't fancy cooking on holiday (and we don't blame you) you can pre-order some delicious frozen meals for Fee's Food. Aimed at holidaymakers and locals alike, the wholesome meals are all home cooked and locally sourced and available in portions of two or four. Quantities are very generous and prices range from £10 (portions for two) up to £26 (portions for four).

You can collect direct from Fee in Rock or she will deliver to homes located within a 20-mile radius. (For an order over £75 within Rock/Polzeath/Trebetherick delivery is free, an order under £75 delivery is £5. Further afield the delivery cost is £8.50).
