The accommodation is comfortable and furnished to a high standard with room to sleep 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

A bright, sunny conservatory with French windows looks out onto a South-West facing sun terrace and enclosed, gated garden with lovely rural and sunset views, along with ample parking.

The nautical inspired main bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite shower room, another bedroom offers twin beds, with a double bed in the third bedroom.

There is a modern well-equipped kitchen, which is open plan to include the dining room and a separate appealing lounge, which benefits from an open fire to curl up in front of on Winter evenings.

In the summer months what could be better than a wander down to the local fishmongers returning with some fresh mackerel to cook up on the BBQ and enjoy outside on the sun terrace.Rock is an exciting holiday destination with so many diverse activities to enjoy from enjoying the fantastic beaches, rambling along the coast or rural footpaths, and golfing to testing your nerve on the high seas, while surfing, water skiing or sailing.

A short drive down to the hubbub of Rock's sailing scene and the beauty of the Camel estuary can fill your days, be it on the water or watching family from the comfort of one of the many restaurants or cafes nearby.

Wadebridge is worth a visit and only a 15 minute drive away, the gateway to the wonderful Camel trail that runs along 18 miles of Cornish country and riverside.
