With private parking. A prettily furnished Superking is found on the ground floor next to a small utility area with shower room and storage cupboards. The open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room on the first floor looks out on to the Camel estuary and has been tastefully furnished with gorgeous views from a large balcony. A contemporary bunk room is great fun for children and another charming twin bedded room both share a stylish neutral bathroom on the first floor. In addition, there is a low walled patio area on the ground level from which to further enjoy the view.Perfectly located for golfers, sailors and surfers, the renowned St Enodoc Golf club is just around the corner. The wonderful and popular surfing beach of Polzeath and golden sands of Daymer Bay are no more than a ten minute drive away or a glorious walk along unspoilt sand dunes and rugged cliff path. Lovely to explore its rock pools, Greenaway beach, on the way to Polzeath is a quieter cove with sheer cliff backdrop and stunning outlook across to Stepper Point. Strewn with flotsam and jetsam, the surrounding coves and inlets are wonderful for collecting cowrie shells, driftwood and colourful pieces of buoy; a treasure trove for a budding, young sculpture artist.
