The Angry Anchovy
Nothing beats a pizza night in with the family on the weekend or maybe you’d rather enjoy yours down on the Platt. The Angry Anchovy is a bohemian pizzeria in Port Isaac and is now open for takeaways every Friday and Saturday evenings. Make sure to check out their latest opening times over on their Facebook page and message them there or email email@example.com to book a time slot.
Here you’ll find stunning sea views and a delicious menu – the perfect combination if you ask us! The Stargazy Inn restaurant and bar is now open with a new lunch and dinner menu, make sure to book a table via their website.
The Golden Lion
Enjoy the original character and charm of this 18th century pub! Message The Golden Lion on Facebook or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your preferred date and time of reservation. Please note the pub will be closed Tuesday and Wednesdays, and don’t forget they are a dog friendly so you can take your furry friend along too!
The Chapel Cafe
The Chapel Cafe is now open for takeaway – serving coffee, cold drinks, baps, chips and cake! Also, make sure to check out the specials board! Check out their Facebook page for all the latest info on opening days and times.
Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen
Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen is now open Tuesday to Saturday, 12 - 8pm. Make sure to place your order online and collect from Outlaw’s New Road, next to the carpark. Check out the latest menu and order online here – we have our eye on the Oak Smoked Salmon, yum!
Enjoy delicious cocktails without leaving your holiday home or lifting a finger with home cocktail delivery, bliss! All cocktail menus are updated weekly, keep an eye on their Facebook page to view the latest creations and to book your time slot. Make sure to book early for the weekends as demand is high!
The boys are back! Enjoy delicious tacos on Baby Bay Tuesday to Saturday 9:30am – 3pm and Sunday 9am – 2pm. No need to book, just turn up and enjoy your tacos on the beach. Check out their latest menu over on their Facebook page.
Surf-Side is re-open and making the most of their beach location! The new compact menu will be available on a first-come first-served basis. Takeaway is also available if you fancy finding your own spot on the beach or to enjoy back at your holiday home. The Rum Bat will also be open and will be table service only, again operating on a first-come first-served basis. You can check out the latest updates over on Facebook.
The Waterfront is re-open and serving daily breakfast, lunch and dinner! The terrace allow al-fresco dining and you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Pentire Point. For booking please phone 01208 869655 or email email@example.com .
This fantastic Cornish pub is now open and taking bookings for food and drinks via their website. Lunch will be served between 12pm - 2:20pm and evening service will be from 5:30pm – 9pm.
The Cracking Crab
The Cracking Crab will be open for table service only from 11am on the 4th July for lunch, dinner, tea & coffee and beers. Daytime visits or evening on the decking do not require reservations, just turn up! For the evening you will need to book to enjoy dinner inside, book via the website here.
If you’re looking for inspiration, Daymer Bay is one of Rick Stein’s favourite places, and indeed, you can see Padstow from your deckchair! Daymer Bay Beach Shop is a small grocery store, selling the essentials along with treats like ice-cream and pasties. The beach itself is dog-friendly, and sheltered with shallow waters, great for paddling.
St. Moritz Hotel
The Anti-Social Club is now open! Book a table in your very own elegant private dining room.

The Dining Room
Ready to welcome you back for fine dining in the coastal village of Rock. The Dining Room have always run on a bookings only basis for evening meals, contact them via their website where you can also take a look at how they will be keeping you safe during your visit.
The Pityme Inn
If you’re planning on visiting the lovely Pityme Inn then make sure to book your table online via their website and download the Hopt App before you visit. The app will allow you to browse the menu and order all your food and drinks on their too! Demand for tables has been high since re-opening so book in advance.
The Taproom, Rock
The newest place in Rock, and the sister-venue to the Taphouse in St. Agnes has just opened this week (July 2020). With a Californian vibe, this après-surf bar-restaurant with lively music and great food & service overlooks the sea. Enjoy a changing menu of fresh local produce in the form of street food, nachos, pizza and poke bowls, amazing cocktails and drinks. The shop, located in the heart of Rock, is open and home delivery is available to your holiday home! So if you’re planning a summer BBQ or just looking to stock up on some local jams, cakes and treats take a look at their online shop.
