Tamarisk is a delightful two bedroom, south facing, detached bungalow set in its own beautifully maintained, enclosed gardens enjoying some sea and village views. Only a few minutes walk down to Port Isaac's quaint working fishing harbour, restaurants shops and galleries. A perfect Cornish getaway where the famous Fisherman's Friends live, play and work and recognisable actors can be spotted in the summer months before, after and during filming in this still unspoilt picturesque village. Very suitable for a young family as it sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and even allows for the family pet to join the holiday.

Tamarisk is an attractive white washed cottage with a slate roof and the enclosed garden offers peace of mind for parents of young children or dog owners. The kitchen, dining room and the sitting room all have sea views, and are equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. On wintry evenings the wood-burning stove will provide warmth and atmosphere for romantic couples or a place to relax for parents after a day entertaining the small people. Port Isaac has all the usual village amenities for your everyday needs and even has a small supermarket. Fresh fish can be bought directly from the fish sellers by the harbour so barbeques on the terrace couldn't be closer from source! Sunny days could be spent swimming in the clear waters of Port Gaverne's sheltered cove. Hours could be whiled away with fishing nets exploring the many rock-pools revealed on low tides. For energetic walkers and enthusiastic dogs the coastal paths are a treat for bird watchers and for a lucky few, possible sightings of seals, dolphins or even basking sharks.
