Outrigger in Polzeath is a superb coastal holiday house, situated in an enviable front line position, commanding unsurpassable views towards Pentire Head, Polzeath Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. This stylish and luxurious holiday house has been recently refurbished by its interior designer owner, with particular attention to creating an elegant and relaxing environment from which to enjoy the magnificent aspect, maximising the outlook to its iconic views. Outrigger enjoys four stylishly decorated bedrooms, an open plan living room, study area and two idyllic alfresco dining areas with plenty of outside seating to absorb those fabulous sea and beach views.

The contemporary cool interiors are arranged over three floors with many impressive features, including vaulted ceilings, expansive picture windows, wood floors, and stylish furnishings. Every part of this holiday home has been well thought out including a large dining table for holiday meals and leisurely breakfasts, with plenty of comfortable seating from which to enjoy the view. Outrigger has four boutique style bedrooms, set over the ground and lower ground floor. Choose between two double ensuite bedrooms, a twin ensuite bedroom and a further quadruple bunk room. You will notice many art pieces that the owners have put together including photos of North Cornwall, and art pieces inspired by the coast (similar art pieces are available for sale from the designer; please contact us for more information). A substantial outdoor utility shed with an outdoor shower and drying area, is a welcome space after a long day surfing or sunbathing on the beach.

The main living area opens on to a balcony, providing an idyllic spot to sit and watch the incredible North Cornish sunsets. There is plenty of private parking for up to 4/5 cars and two comfortable alfresco dining areas at the foot of the parking area which leads to the coastal footpath. With Polzeath beach being only a 5 minute walk away, you can take all your beach gear and boards with you without the dreaded thought of a long hike back to base. An array of shops, restaurants and cafes are only a few minutes walk which is ideal for dining out without any taxi service needed. For those who enjoy walking, we suggest the coastal walk to Pentire Point which starts just across the beach. There is also a 15 minute walk on the South West Coast Path to the calm, tidal waters of Daymer Bay, perfect for swimming and picnicking. Further along the coast path is the sailing hub of Rock, where you can hop on a ferry to explore the pretty fishing harbour at Padstow, or stay local to enjoy a wide range of watersports on offer including sailing, waterskiing and wakeboarding.
